Well it's a dilemma. After reading through numerous Terms of Service I
found the following.
According to the Android Maps API Terms of Service (to be found here:
http://code.google.com/intl/en/android/maps-api-signup.html) it says
that
> 5.4. Subject to these Terms, you may develop, display and/or distribute your Maps
>API Implementation as part of a commercial or non-commercial enterprise.
